Returns & Exchanges

At Bound Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
